Every Israel game on this site, ranked by top-prize odds, with the tax rules and the regulator. All odds derived from the published rules.
| Game | Top-prize odds | Any-prize odds | Ticket | Cost per unit of jackpot chance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 777 (Israel) | 1 in 61,640 | 1 in 2.87 | ₪7.00 | 431,480 ILS |
| Lotto (Israel) | 1 in 16,273,488 | 1 in 23.95 | ₪3.00 | 48,820,464 ILS |
Shorter odds are not automatically better value — shorter-odds games pay smaller top prizes. Cost per unit of chance (price × odds) is the cleanest single comparison.
Israel taxes lottery and gambling winnings at 35%, withheld by Mifal HaPayis, on prizes above an indexed exemption ceiling (about ILS 33,000-34,000), with a partial exemption band up to roughly double that amount before the full rate applies. Very large winnings can also attract the additional 3-5% surtax on high incomes.
