Colombia: the rules

Lottery, raffle and betting prizes are taxed as ganancias ocasionales at 20%, withheld at source when the prize exceeds 48 UVT (roughly COP 2.5 million in 2026). The 20% withholding settles the tax on the prize, though the win must still be reported in the annual return.
