Hungary: the rules

Winnings from Szerencsejáték Zrt. number games (Ötöslottó, Hatoslottó) and other operators licensed in Hungary are exempt from personal income tax — the prize is paid in full, to foreign winners as well. Winnings from unlicensed foreign operators are taxable at 15%.
