The Dutch state lottery, running since 1726: a classic number-raffle where prizes fall on sold lot numbers (two letters plus five digits) in 16 draws a year. The Jackpot on the 10th-of-the-month draw starts at €7.5 million and can exceed €25 million, and roughly half of all full lots win at least the €5 minimum prize.
