Sweden: the rules

Winnings from Svenska Spel and any operator licensed in Sweden (or elsewhere in the EU/EEA) are tax-free for the player — the operator bears the gambling tax. Winnings from unlicensed operators outside the EEA are taxable as income of capital at 30%.
