TOTO — how prizes are taxed

Lottery winnings are not taxable in Singapore.

Singapore: the rules

Toto, 4D and Singapore Sweep winnings are not taxable — IRAS treats them as windfalls, not income, so nothing is withheld or declared. The operator (Singapore Pools) pays gambling duties instead.

How long you have to claim

180 days from the draw date; unclaimed prizes go to the Tote Board.

Regulator: Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (GRA)official site

This page is general information, not tax advice. Rules change and personal circumstances matter — for a significant win, pay a local professional before you claim.
