FDJ lottery winnings (Loto, EuroMillions, scratch cards) are free of income tax in France — the advertised prize is paid in full. Once invested, the winnings generate income and wealth that are taxed under normal French rules, including social charges on investment income.

FDJ does not disclose winners' identities publicly without their consent.
