Philippines: the rules

Under the TRAIN Law, PCSO lotto and sweepstakes prizes above ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% final tax on the whole prize, withheld by PCSO before payout. Prizes of ₱10,000 or less are exempt, and the withheld tax is final — no further declaration is required.

How long you have to claim

1 year from the draw date; tickets become void afterwards.
