Poland
Poland levies a 10% tax on lottery winnings above 2,280 zł.
Poland taxes lottery and number-game winnings at a flat 10% on any single prize above PLN 2,280; smaller wins are exempt. The licensed operator (e.g. Totalizator Sportowy) withholds and remits the tax before paying out. A 2025 proposal to raise the rate to 15% was vetoed, so 10% remains the rate.
